How does making a purchase help us?
All funds gained from purchases goes directly into the server's upkeep account. Currently, all our funds go into the server itself, our website, advertising, the domain name, plugins, and this webstore. Any extra money goes towards the next month of payments or towards plugins, artwork, and other misc items.
Why didn't I receive what I purchased?
A purchase can take time to go through depending on a few factors. For example, if your bank doesn't send the payment right away then the webstore may not send the commands to the server and thus you won't get your purchased items until your bank finalizes the it. This is out of our control, so we ask that you wait at least 24 hours before reporting it to us. There's also the rare occasion that the system may glitch and just not send in your items. To minimize the chance of this happening we ask that you be online and in-game while making your purchase. Again, please wait at least 24 hours before reporting issues to us, as it may resolve itself within this time. Once 24 hours has passed, please report the issue via our Discord at www.discord.io/skuadnetwork.
Refunds and Disputes
Due to the nature of the purchases and donations you can make here, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances (unless otherwise specified). Disputing a charge of issuing a chargeback will result in your permanent removal from the server and community without a chance of returning.
